At Washington Conservation Action, we understand the Governor’s tremendous power to chart a course forward for people and the environment. We know it’s important that we endorse a candidate who we believe will work together to stand up to powerful corporate interests, to focus on environmental justice, and to protect people and nature as one.
That’s why I’m so excited to announce that Washington Conservation Action endorses Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson for Washington State Governor in the 2024 election. We strongly believe he is the only candidate who will seek out and continue collaboration with WCA and the environmental community. It is only through partnership that we have passed our state’s most important legislation like the Model Toxics Control Act, Growth Management Act, 100% Clean Energy, the HEAL Act and the Climate Commitment Act.
