We wish this was shocking:

Americans are dying, and Mitch McConnell is too busy stacking the courts with conservative judges to bring bipartisan gun reform legislation to the floor.

The majority of the country wants common sense gun reform. We can't let McConnell IGNORE the will of the American people any longer.

We need 10,000 signatures from (your area) by Thursday at midnight to put our grassroots pressure on McConnell and prove to Senate Republicans how important this issue is.

The House has already passed the first meaningful gun legislation since 1994 but Mitch McConnell simply won't act.

House Democrats have paved the way for bipartisan gun legislation that would make real change in the fight against gun violence. And Brad has never stopped fighting against the gun lobby's biggest funders, the NRA, by repeatedly calling for an investigation into their shady financing and tax-exempt status.

Now, it's up to Republicans in the Senate to act. We can't let up now, this is too serious.
