Tomorrow, voters in Texas’ 28th District finally have a chance to get rid of Trump’s favorite Democrat: Henry Cuellar.
Working Families Party

John:

In less than 24 hours, Texas Democrats will head to the polls to vote in one of the biggest Congressional primaries this cycle.

The Working Families Party has launched a major ad campaign to defeat corporate Democrat Henry Cuellar and elect Jessica Cisneros. With your support right now, we could reach even more voters and power Jessica to victory over Cuellar and the big money Republican donors backing him.

Can you donate to help us flip this seat from corporate Democrat to progressive? Every dollar helps us reach about three more voters in the district with this ad.

Henry Cuellar is a corporate Democrat who’s received the backing of the Koch network and major private prison corporations. He spent the last few years voting with Trump on nearly 7-in-10 votes in the House.

We can’t underestimate the Koch network’s big-money blitz to protect Henry Cuellar. Koch money has funded right-wing campaigns and reactionary laws for over a decade, and this is the first time they’ve ever endorsed a Congressional Democrat.

But we have a solid chance to beat the Kochs tomorrow. It’s just going to take one last push.

Every dollar we raise now helps us reach three more voters in this contested primary. Can you chip in to fuel our ads?

Right-wing and corporate interests are fighting like hell to protect Henry Cuellar. But they’re no match for the strength of a movement that brings everyone in, that stands for progressive ideals, and that’s fighting to build a better world for working-class families.

If we give this our all, we can pull off the biggest upset win of 2020 tomorrow in Texas.

Onward,

Team WFP
