Friend,

The Trump administration is at it again, y’all. Today, section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act protects us against discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

But Trump’s Department of Health and Human Services new proposed 1557 rule would allow health care providers and entities to discriminate against patients - and we know women and transgender folks would be harmed most. This is completely unacceptable!

Young people should be able to access the health care services they need free from stigma and discrimination! Make your voices heard!

Tell HHS Secretary Azar to reject this proposed rule by submitting your comment by August

13th!

En Solidaridad,

Kimberly
Executive Director
