October is Crime Prevention Month, and during a time when crime rates are skyrocketing across our great state, we wanted to highlight how we stack up with the Democrats on stopping crime and keeping the public safe.
They want to defund and demonize the police; we want to give law enforcement the tools they need to do their jobs.
They want individuals arrested for serious crimes on the street pending trial; we believe that career criminals and arrestees determined by a judge to be dangerous should be kept in custody.
They let felons off with a slap on the wrist; we believe that violent criminals should be given stiff sentences.
They are soft on crime, and we want to fight crime in Illinois and support victims rights!
