Dear John,
Early Saturday morning, Hamas terrorists launched an unprecedented invasion of Israel from Gaza. As of this writing, more than 800 Israelis were murdered, 2,300+ injured, and hundreds are still missing, with an unknown number of civilians, including young children and elderly women and men, taken hostage.
Young people are learning about the unfolding events in the news, on social media and from their peers. As educators, parents and caregivers, you may be eagerly searching for ways that you can help students or family members understand the current Israeli-Palestinian conflict and antisemitism, while offering tools to encourage them to act as advocates and allies.
Please join ADL, The Jewish Education Project, and other partners for an important webinar “How To Talk To Children About Israel Today” on Tuesday, October 10th at 12:00 – 1:15 PM ET. Register here.
