With a world in crisis, from Ukraine to Israel, we need every one of our top officers confirmed and in their seats, to keep us safe.

Unfortunately, Tommy Tuberville continues to block that from happening — even after this weekend’s horrific and deadly attacks in Israel.

A blockade on Military promotions like Tuberville’s is unprecedented in American history.

It is an insult to the men and women serving our country.

And it is a gift to our adversaries.

We all expect authoritarian regimes around the world to do whatever they can to undermine our democracy and our National Security.

But we would never expect an elected member of the U.S. Senate to willingly do this much damage to our Military and our allies, with his entire party standing by — or even outright supporting it.
