Once again, the Affordable Care Act is under attack.

John, once again, the Affordable Care Act is under attack:

The Supreme Court just announced that it will decide next term whether it must destroy Obamacare in its entirety because Congress zeroed out in the individual mandate

Senator Susan Collins’ critical vote for the 2017 Republican tax bill opened the door for a lawsuit to overturn the ACA entirely. Now with Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court, they’re ready to deliver the final blow.

Susan Collins voted to confirm BOTH of these far-right judges — and she cast a deciding vote to put Kavanaugh on the Court.

From the tax bill to judicial nominees, it’s clear she’s just another vote for Trump’s agenda in the Senate. It’s time to replace her with someone who will fight for Maine and for all of us.
