Dear John,
We’re sending this friendly reminder that tomorrow is the Presidential Primary and Special Referendum Election [[link removed]] here in Maine.
If you're registered with a political party, you will have the opportunity to vote for a presidential primary candidate.
In addition, every registered voter can cast a ballot on the referendum question called a “People’s Veto”. If you haven’t read up on the phrasing of the question, and the consequences of a “Yes” or “No” vote, we recommend reviewing those details before visiting the polls. [[link removed](March_2020)]
If you are not currently registered to vote, but qualify, you’re able to register at your polling place tomorrow. Here’s a link with more information about how to register to vote. [[link removed]] Polls will be open until 8pm tomorrow evening. If you’re unsure of where to vote, take a look at the Voter Information Lookup Service to learn more. [[link removed]]
Every election is important, and we hope you’ll find the time to vote in tomorrow’s election.
See you at the polls!
