We had a packed house for Saturday's Wisconsin Organize to Win Summit. In fact, as people streamed in, we had to keep bringing in more chairs to seat everyone. On top of the capacity crowd, there were more than 11,000 views of the live video feed of the event. Local TV was there to cover it too.

Speaker after speaker told heartfelt personal stories about how they've turned anger into action and pain into power. Check it out. And then we introduced our four new regional organizers and they started making connections and dove right in to the painstaking process of organizing and mobilizing to win.

As uplifting and inspiring and engaging as Saturday's summit was, it was only a good start. The very next day, some of those who attended were already phonebanking and doing door-to-door canvassing. Also on Sunday, The Capital Times published a commentary I wrote challenging how media pundits tell us who is electable and who's not. That's not for them to determine. It's up to us voters to decide.

As tired as we all were after Saturday, it's time to look ahead on the calendar. One date to circle is Saturday, March 21. That's when we hope to see you at the Wisconsin Grassroots Festival at Wisconsin Heights High School between Black Earth and Mazomanie. I'll be doing a couple of breakout sessions and signing copies of my new book. I've also been asked to be the dinner speaker at the post-festival event that evening at the Old Feed Mill in Mazomanie.

As was heard many times this past Saturday, when we organize we win!
