Small Business Roundtable: Tips for Managing Your Remote Work Employees

Wednesday, October 25 | 12:00-1:00 p.m. | Virtual

This month's roundtable on Tips for Managing Your Remote Work Employees will be presented by Doug Taylor, Shareholder at Bean, Kinney & Korman P.C..

According to most public health indicators, the COVID-19 pandemic is behind us. Remote work, a by-product of the pandemic, is here to stay. Employers who allow workers the flexibility of teleworking still have continuing obligations to comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Join Bean, Kinney & Korman Shareholder Doug Taylor for an engaging discussion of the latest legal developments and best practices for managing your workers in a remote work environment, including:

  • Which state’s laws apply to your remote workers?
  • Should you have written remote work policies? The ‘who, what, when, where, and how’ of managing your employees who are working remotely
  • Managing employee performance, expectations, and communications in a remote work environment

This event is free for members.
