Why HB 1500?

"Student debt has become a part of me, in the most burdensome way. I think about it constantly and I am not sure how I am going to pay it all back, at least without making huge sacrifices in other facets of my life.

Student loan borrowers are not given really any guidance on the responsible ways to take out loans. Attending a public school with some of the highest in-state tuition in the country comes with a lot of stress and anxiety about how I will pay off this step towards my future."

Why HB 1444?

Why HB 1227?

“We have extraordinary young people with the capability to be extraordinary public servants, but the barriers of childcare prevent them from running & serving in NH.

. . .

We need to better support parents who want to serve at the State House. Could be as simple as finding space for a drop-in lounge with legislators and/or vols taking turns to provide supervision."
