A Federal District Court has issued a preliminary injunction that is identical to the emergency injunction handed down by the Fifth Circuit.
Translation: ATF is BARRED from enforcing the ban against FPC, all FPC Members, as well as all individual plaintiffs and their families, Maxim Defense - and all its customers!

The District Court has further stated that FPC is likely to succeed in shutting down the Pistol Brace Ban for good.
