** Indigenous Peoples’ Rights: The Missing Link in the EU Transition Minerals Legislation
------------------------------------------------------------

Europe is seeking to ensure a sustainable supply of metals for its twin "green and digital" transition. The European Union is drafting and enacting legislation such as battery regulation, the Due Diligence Directive, and the Critical Raw Materials Act. But there is a gap in these documents, a gap with the potential to make or break the European green transition - Indigenous Peoples' rights. This event examines this crucial gap. Listen to top scientists and Indigenous leaders about solutions and partnerships that will help us all move forward.
