HOCHUL TRIES TO BRING BACK MASKS, TAKE AWAY GUNS
After announcing the election lawsuit last week, Elise once again came after Governor Kathy Hochul – this time, over the return of draconian NY mask mandate policies. New York's radical pandemic policies gravely affected New Yorkers; apparently, Kathy Hochul needed reminding of that. So Elise, along with representatives Brandon Williams and Claudia Tenney, sent a scathing letter to the governor, addressing the hardships endured by New Yorkers for over two years at the hands of her party.


In addition to fighting against New York State overreach on elections and government health mandates – Elise was also a vocal opponent of Kathy Hochul’s unconstitutional actions on the Second Amendment. She was pleased to hear that the United States Supreme Court agreed to consider a legal challenge to Hochul’s efforts after Justice Clarence Thomas requested an emergency conference. (

Read more here. ) NEW YORK DEMOCRATS– A TOTAL DISASTER
- First – Jamal Bowman, a NY Democrat Member of Congress and former middle school principal committed a felony by pulling the fire alarm to try to delay and stop a Congressional vote to fund the government.
- Then, on the same day, Jamal Bowman said in a memo that Republicans need to focus on their own “NAZI Members” before criticizing him for “accidentally” pulling the fire alarm during a vote.
- It’s important to note that in the school that employed Congressman Bowman, he personally suspended multiple students who were caught pulling the fire alarm just as he did in the Capitol.Mondaire Jones, the disgruntled former NY Congressman and congressional candidate, recently criticized a photo in which Kevin McCarthy met with the Orthodox Jewish community, calling the meeting "a waste of time." After being confronted for his antisemitism, Jones tried to walk back his comments by saying, "My point was to communicate that Kevin McCarthy, and by extension, Mike Lawler, cannot possibly deliver for communities in Rockland because he's no longer Speaker. " The blatantly unrelated excuse was attempted to "excuse" Jones' disgusting remarks, but this is not the first time that Mondaire
Jones has tried to walk back antisemitic comments.

ICYMI: Elise Stefanik’s Op-Ed in HumanEvents: Biden's Immigration Policies Made Every State a Border State
Chairwoman Elise Stefanik published an op-ed this week describing the destruction President Biden’s radical open border policies have caused in New York and states across the country.

Elise said:
- “President Biden’s radical open border policies have resulted in an unprecedented and historic surge in illegal immigration, turning every state into a border state and every community into a border community. To fully grasp the extent of Biden’s border crisis, just look at the Empire State.
- More than 110,000 migrants over the past year have entered New York City, an average of 10,000 migrants a month. At the Swanton Sector on the Northern Border, there have been over 6,100 apprehensions from 76 different countries in just 11 months, surpassing the last 10 years combined. here. New York Gov Hochul wants to ‘limit’ who crosses border, says it’s ‘too open right now’
Kathy Hochul has started to realize the disastrous consequences of her actions. For years, radical, far-left politicians throughout New York have declared our state a 'sanctuary' for illegal aliens. Republicans had all along warned of the consequences that are now befalling our cities and towns. In an interview last week, Governor Hochul said about the border, "Well, we want them to have a limit on who can come across the border. It is too open right now," It would be comically ironic if its consequences weren't so dire for our communities.
