We can’t wait to share all the amazing workshops and guest speakers with you at the Women’s Convention (only a couple weeks away!), with subjects ranging from reproductive rights to racial justice, LGBTQ+ equality to feminist-forward politics, and so much more.
In fighting for the feminist future we want to see, all of these issues are intersectional, and we want to lift up voices and highlight activists on the front lines.
A crucial part of that future is the ongoing fight for laborers and workers, so we want to highlight a few of the amazing workshops focusing on labor at the Convention.
But first, if you haven’t already gotten your tickets for the Women’s Convention in Milwaukee, there are still some available, but they’re selling fast — use this link to get yours ASAP!
Women’s March is proud to support workers striking for fair pay and better conditions, so we’ve got amazing guest speakers from groups like SEIU, Strike For Our Rights, and SAG-AFTRA.
Here are a few of the amazing sessions we’ve got planned with a focus on labor:
The Power Of The Strike: How Workers Have Used It To Change The World
Equity Brews With A Union: Starbucks Workers United
Unions For All: Care Is Essential. No Justice. No Fries. No Standards No Peace.
If you want to learn more about how labor justice fits into the fight for a feminist future, don’t hesitate — grab your tickets and join us in Milwaukee this month before they sell out!
