Dear friend,
Yesterday, two magnitude 6.3 earthquakes and multiple aftershocks struck
western Afghanistan, causing widespread damage across the region.
Mercy Corps teams have worked in Afghanistan since 1986, and in times of
disaster like this one, we need all the support our global community can
offer.

our Humanitarian Response Fund to help people in Afghanistan and around
the world in moments of crisis.
Mercy Corps is working with partners in Afghanistan to assess needs, and
we are committed to respond in the weeks and months to come, helping
communities rebuild and recover. In past emergency response efforts we
have provided essential resources like emergency water, sanitation, and
hygiene support to communities affected by earthquakes.
