NCOSE Law Center Represents Victims of Andrew Tate at Romania Press Conference

On October 5, 2023, US and UK legal representatives of alleged victims of Andrew Tate hosted a press conference in Bucharest, Romania, to announce a united stand against Tate and his followers’ harassment and intimidation.

The legal team representing the women suing Tate in the UK for allegations of rape/physical assault (McCue Jury & Partners), and the legal team representing the key witnesses in the Romanian case against the Tate brothers (National Center on Sexual Exploitation Law Center and Laffey Bucci & Kent), came together in Romania in a show of solidarity.

26 Attorneys General Send Letter to Aylo, Parent Company of Pornhub

Pornhub is once again being held to the fire after an undercover investigation exposed a "loophole" that allowed rapists and sex traffickers to upload criminal content.

Following this investigation, 26 Attorneys General have sent a letter to Aylo, the parent company of Pornhub, demanding "an explanation of the company’s plan to fix the alleged loophole, so no children or other victims are abused for profit on its platforms."

Deceptive to the Core: How Apple App Store Age Ratings Mislead Parents

Parvati* thought she was being a diligent parent. Before letting her 12-year-old daughter download any app, she always checked the age ratings on the Apple App Store. Parvati only ever allowed apps that were rated as 12+.

But she was being misled.

Imagine Parvati’s horror when the supposedly 12+ app exposed her daughter to hardcore pornography. When it showed her advertisements about drugs, gambling, and sexual roleplay. And, worst of all, when an adult predator groomed and sexually exploited Parvati’s daughter—all through an app that Apple said was safe for kids.
