The other day, a Democratic leader went on national TV and said that one of the people running to replace Kevin McCarthy as House Speaker was reasonable.

NO. WRONG MESSAGE.

Both Steve Scalise and Jim Jordan have supported cutting Social Security benefits. They are both courting the crazy MAGA extremists who want to destroy government.

There is no "reasonable" Republican leader. There is only one solution to the chaos and extremism: Put Democrats in charge -- and we must start now.

Can you chip in $3 or more to progressive House members who won with 1% or 2% of the vote in 2022 -- and who NEED to win in 2024 for Democrats to win the House? Click here to see who they are and donate.

The two House Republicans running to be Speaker so far are Steve Scalise and Jim Jordan.

Both recently voted for a Republican bill to cut the Social Security Administration by 30%! The bill would have created a commission that the White House called a "death panel" for Social Security and Medicare.

Scalise tried to claim on a Fox Sunday show that raising the Social Security retirement age shouldn't count as a cut!

Jim Jordan -- Trump's pick for Speaker -- is an enthusiastic supporter of a Balanced Budget Amendment that the Center on Budget Policy and Research determined would make it unconstitutional for Social Security to pay promised benefits.

It's unacceptable. And FAR from "reasonable."

To take back the House and end the chaos, the top priority is re-electing frontline progressive incumbents who narrowly flipped swing districts in recent elections.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
