It’s been another busy week at America First Legal! This week, we sued the North Face Apparel Corporation and a sponsored athlete for defamation. As a preeminent civil rights organization, we will not stand by and allow innocent Americans to have their lives destroyed due to false and defamatory allegations. We also pushed back against Big Law’s racism and filed a complaint with the American Bar Association asking for an investigation of Berkeley Law’s facially discriminatory hiring practices. Finally, our Center for Legal Equality filed a federal civil rights complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against Salesforce, Inc., for engaging in unlawful race and sex based discrimination. Our Center for Legal Equality also filed a federal civil rights complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against Major League Baseball (MLB) for racially discriminatory programs. Keep reading to learn more about these critical actions!
