AZ Capitol Times: Hobbs urges court not to eliminate women’s right to have abortions

Katie filed an amicus brief in the Arizona Supreme Court case that will determine whether the 1864 pre-statehood abortion ban can be enforced today. In the brief, Katie emphasizes that access to abortion care is crucial to our state’s public health, and also shares stories of women in Arizona who needed this care after a pregnancy endangered their life, safety, or economic well-being.
