With so many great Democratic candidates running for president, and with so many tight races across America, there are no shortage of people who are asking for your support.

Here's one thing that's critical to understand: if we don't take back the Senate in 2020, nothing is going to get done in Washington D.C.

Recently Mitch McConnell - never one to do his job and actually serve the American people if it gets in the way of scoring cheap partisan points - crowed that as long as he's Senate Majority Leader, he'd be the "Grim Reaper" for any Democratic-led policy.

It's essential we take back the White House. And we will.

We've got to build out our majority in the House, too. And we're ready to do that.

But any progressive policies we pass will die in the Senate with Republicans in charge and McConnell calling the shots.
