Public comments are one of the most effective ways of fighting against the leviathan that is the administrative state. But time is running out to fight back against one of the most sweeping regulations of the Biden administration.

Biden is trying to manipulate the economy into overproducing eclectic vehicles while simultaneously killing gas powered cars. His newest regulation would impose an impossible fuel efficiency standard on gas cars that will force them off the market if and when they don’t meet the new standards.

Currently, gas powered cars make up 94% of new cars sold, while fully electric vehicles make up the remaining 6%. It’s clear what the people want but Biden is acting contrary to that and will only make things worse. His regulation would:

• Crush vehicle quality, including safety
• Discontinue the cars and trucks you currently buy
• Increase the cost of cars, both new and used

But your comments can make a difference.

Once the comment period closes, every unique and substantive comment must receive a written response or the proposed regulation cannot go into effect. That means thousands of comments will slow the administration down, and can even get the rule rescinded all together.
