John, I won’t sit back and let reproductive freedom be attacked.
That’s why I’m taking action to stop the 1864 total abortion ban from being reinstated by the Arizona Supreme Court.
Before I explain more, I need to know you’re with me in this fight. Can you pitch in $10 right now to support my efforts to protect reproductive freedom in Arizona?

This week, I filed an amicus brief in the Arizona Supreme Court case that will determine whether the 1864 pre-statehood abortion ban can be enforced today.
Safe, legal abortion access is a matter of life or death for millions of Arizonans and is crucial to our state’s public safety and well-being — and that’s exactly what I argued in the amicus brief, John.
Extreme Republicans often turn this topic into an abstract, number-fixated conversation — but that is not at all the lens we should be looking through.
That’s why included in the brief are stories of courageous Arizona women who depended on access to abortion care after experiencing a pregnancy that endangered their health or compromised their safety or economic stability.
And so many more women would be left with no choice but to persevere in a dangerous, potentially life-threatening situation if this 1864 abortion ban goes into effect.
That’s not the future I, or many Arizonans want for our state — and that’s why I’m doing everything in my power to stop that from happening.
Please, if you can, pitch in today to help fuel my work to protect reproductive freedom and stop anti-abortion extremism.
