We’re faced with the most critical decision of this generation. After almost four years of Donald Trump's chaos and dysfunction, it's time for a President who will put the country first. Joe Biden is best qualified to heal the wounds of division that have been sown under Trump.
Joe Biden can unite the Democratic Party, but more important, he will unite America.
In Denver, we know what people and families need – good jobs that pay good wages, more affordable healthcare, attainable housing, support for local businesses, rebuilding our infrastructure, meeting the challenge of climate change head on, and strengthening our African American and Latino communities.
For eight years, Joe helped lead America forward side-by-side with President Obama. He’ll get us back on track as our next President. Joe’s got a people-first agenda that will make us stronger, more prosperous and leaders again on the world stage. We need a President who will open doors to opportunity for every community and every family. That’s Joe.
Colorado is a Super Tuesday state, and tomorrow I hope you’ll join me and millions of others in supporting Joe Biden.
If you’ve still got your ballot, don’t put it in the mail – you need to drop it off by 7 p.m. on Tuesday. You can go to denvervotes.org or call 303-653-9668 to find the nearest drop box location or voter service center ([link removed]) to turn it in, or get a replacement ballot if you didn’t receive it. If you’re registered unaffiliated, you should have received two ballots and can vote in either primary, but only return one.
Denver and America deserve a President who will fight for all of us, not fight against us. Joe has my vote, and I hope he has yours, too.
