Baby Loss Awareness Week 2023 We know losing a baby during pregnancy or childbirth is incredibly tough, and sadly it happens to about 1 in 4 pregnancies. During such a difficult time, finding ways to cope is very important. That's why the team at Relax With Lucy & Co is here to support your emotional well-being. They hold special mindfulness sessions every Wednesday from 8 to 9pm, designed to help those going through the loss of a baby. If you believe this could be helpful for you or your family, please share this link. To mark the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week, which runs from 9 to 15 October, we will light up the Civic tower to raise awareness of the issue, as well as sharing help and information across our social media channels. |
