John, they said a young organizer wouldn’t stand a chance against the gun lobby and the NRA-bought Republicans in Congress.

And when I introduced my first bill in Congress to establish a federal office of gun violence prevention, Republicans thought they succeeded in blocking it.

But I never gave up, and neither did Zoe Lofgren. Now, the Biden Administration is taking action. Our collective power made this happen. This is proof that our youth-powered movement is unstoppable. And we’re just getting started.
