I Make America September Recap

In September, AEM staff joined 55 CEOs and senior executives in Washington, D.C. to press lawmakers to pass a bipartisan farm bill, reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration, and address the industry's growing labor shortage by finding common ground on immigration reform.

The AEM Advocacy Team and I Make America will continue to relentlessly make the case for these and other policy priorities in conversations with lawmakers and senior congressional staff. Read more...

GOVENOR HOLCOMB VISITS HITACHI: Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb visited the Hitachi Global Air Power facility in Michigan City, Indiana on the 28th of September to talk about infrastructure, the manufacturing workforce, and making the U.S. more competitive on the global playing field. THE UTILITY EXPO: I Make America saw an excellent turnout at The Utility Expo! Supporters visited our booth to advocate for pro-manufacturing policies, and entered to win awesome prizes. Thanks to our supporters, I Make America was able to send thousands of letters to elected officials supporting common-sense pro-manufacturing policies.
