I hope you had a great summer.

The Supreme Court recently refused to hear our ballot access case here in New York. While this is disappointing, it was not unexpected. I watched our broken legal system crush our hopes multiple times last year, so at least I was prepared.

And that is the good news. I still have a plan. We can still gain ballot access in New York next year! In the face of adversity, we must remain unwavering in our commitment to fixing New York and then the nation. We can take the lessons learned in our defeats last year and turn them into a victory next year. We can overcome these challenges and continue to advance the cause of liberty in New York and beyond.

To achieve our goals, we have developed a comprehensive plan that includes:

- Volunteers within the Liberty Community
- Volunteers from allies in other independent parties
- Funds from supporters in New York and around the nation
- Legal support from even more experienced liberty attorneys

We will:

1. Starting in April 2024, gain over 60,000 signatures with the help of volunteers and paid petitioners from New York and helpers from outside the state.

2. Retain experienced counsel, prepared to fight any legal challenges from the establishment parties, armed with the lessons from the failures of last year.

3. Campaign across the state, as I do yearly, to motivate local support for our Presidential candidate.

4. Purchase enough media to ensure that we attain the required 2% of the vote in November 2024 so we will have a true independent party in New York.

Make a Donation: Your financial support is crucial to the success of our initiatives. Please make a donation today, no matter the amount. A monthly donation is the best way. $25 dollars a month until October of 2024 will get us there.

Spread the Word: Share our mission and our plan with your friends and family. This includes liking and sharing everything you can on Social Media! The more people who join us, the stronger we are.

Get Involved: Volunteer your time and expertise to help us with our advocacy, education, and outreach efforts. Your active participation can make a significant difference.
Times like these can be discouraging, but it's in these moments that our dedication shines brightest. Together, we can overcome obstacles and build a more free and prosperous future for us all. If we can fix this state we can fix the entire nation! Please stay with me.
