That’s right: the Supreme Court will be considering a case about medication abortion and FDA regulations about this commonly used, incredibly safe method of terminating pregnancies.

All year long, conservative judges and legislators have attempted to remove access to mifepristone and other abortion pills. Recently, Republicans introduced a bill in Congress to ban medication abortion nationwide.

Unelected judges and far-right legislators, not the federal agency responsible for public health or medical doctors, are deciding what medication is permissible or not.

Tina is on the front lines of the fight to protect reproductive rights. She introduced the Protecting Access to Medication Abortion Act so that activist judges couldn’t impose their right-wing, anti-abortion ideology on the millions of women who deserve their fundamental right to choose when and how to have a family.

We have to fight tooth and nail to defend abortion and birth control access. The attacks on abortion access are coming from all sides, and now is the time to join Tina in her efforts to protect and expand reproductive rights.
