The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) gained two significant lawsuit victories back-to-back this week: a win for parents’ rights and for the Second Amendment! On Tuesday, a Wisconsin circuit court sided with parental rights, saying parents, and not school officials, have the ultimate responsibility to raise their children. Wednesday, a federal court granted a preliminary injunction to protect hundreds of thousands law-abiding gun owners from Biden’s unlawful rule— securing their 2nd Amendment protections.
