When a Black man doesn’t fall in line with what the Left believes he should do, believe and think, they resort to nasty, racist sneers.

Whoopi Goldberg said I have “Clarence Thomas syndrome” as a Black Republican. Joy Behar said I’m a Republican because I “don’t get” the idea of racism. Sunny Hostin has been blatantly racially insensitive about my life. And now the Left are FURIOUS at me.
Last week, I looked America in the eye and said, “There is no redeeming quality in slavery.”
Yes, America has suffered because of slavery, we should never attempt to sweep this under the rug. But we chose to be better. We faced our demons in the mirror, and we made a decision. So often, we think issues like crime, education, and healthcare always go back to slavery.
Here's the challenge: Black families survived slavery. We survived poll taxes and literacy tests. We survived discrimination being woven into the laws of our country.
I also said we've had to survive the impact of Johnson's Great Society, which incentivized broken households over strong families. You can now measure that devastation in crime and unemployment.
Within hours, I was under attack from the Left.
This isn’t the first time the radical Left has weaponized race against me to hold onto political power. It won’t be the last.
I’m running for president because I know America can do for anyone what she’s done for me. We are the greatest country on God's green earth.
