Biden lost . . . at the 9th Circuit.

Biden is as shocked as you are. The usually far-Left 9th Circuit Court of Appeals allowed a vital state abortion ban to go into effect in a case we filed a critical amicus brief in. Stunned, Biden is rushing to ask for an emergency stay from the full 9th Circuit. The Supreme Court is next, and this could move fast.

Biden has also appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn another appeals court ruling that struck down his expansion of abortion pills.

These are two cases we must win to defend the lives of unborn babies. We can't let Biden manipulate the courts to essentially reinstate Roe. We MUST defend the Dobbs decision and, with it, the lives of countless unborn babies.
