Susan and Blanca Rubio are the first sisters ever to serve at the same time at the State Capitol! Susan (22nd Senate District ([link removed]) ) and Blanca (48th Assembly District ([link removed]) ) both represent cities in California’s San Gabriel Valley.
Susan and Blanca have dedicated their lives to public service, focusing on putting the needs of their communities first. They have prioritized serving women and children in their separate offices, and have supported specific legislation supporting survivors of domestic violence, most recently with the passage of Piqui’s law.
