Mayorkas to Add a Few Miles to Trump’s Border Wall - to HELP Migrants Enter the U.S. Safely

Open borders enthusiast and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas announced plans on Wednesday in the government’s Federal Register of Regulations to build several more miles of President Trump’s border wall — because it’s not racist when Democrats do it!

But don’t think this has anything to do with deterring a tsunami of migrants from sweeping over the border. The extra miles of wall are not intended to stop migrants but to encourage them to register safely at the official gates along the border to facilitate their release into American society.

Mayorkas’ statement reads, in part, “There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas pursuant to sections 102(a) and 102(b) of IIRIRA.”

Oh, there’s “an acute and immediate need for physical barriers,” all right, but it’s too little, too late.

The six-page document does not state the total length of the wall to be built. Funding will come from money provided by Congress to Trump in 2019.

As Breitbart News notes,

Mayorkas has had the legal authority and funds to build many miles of wall. But he instead has allowed more than five million wage-cutting, rent-spiking migrants to walk, fly, or sneak across the border since January 2021. In September, for example, media reports said he allowed at least 260,000 migrants across the border.

So much for homeland security.

Mayorkas Likens Conservative “Extremists” to the 9/11 Terrorists

On September 11, 2022 — the 21st anniversary of the deadly 9/11 terrorist attacks — Mayorkas said on MSNBC’s The Sunday Show with Jonathan Capehart: “The threat landscape has evolved considerably over the last 20 years. Back when 9/11 occurred, in those years we were very focused on the foreign terrorist, the individual who sought to do a severe harm to enter the United States and and do us harm…. We are seeing an emerging threat, of course, over the last several years of the domestic violent extremist. The individual here in the United States radicalized to violence by a foreign terrorist ideology, but also an ideology of hate, anti-government sentiment, false narratives propagated on online platforms, even personal grievances...”
