Remember when Nancy Pelosi was the Speaker of the House? Rep. Pelosi had the slimmest of majorities in the House, yet she ran it as a functioning government. Democrats never threatened to shut down the government, blocked key military nominations for months on end, or ousted their own Speaker.

It is clear that the GOP is incapable of governing itself or the United States.
