We Dream in Black (WeDiB) is excited to present our 2023 Organizing Institute. Entitled " The Power Within to Transform Domestic Work ," this year’s hybrid Institute will take place Friday, October 13th to Sunday, October 15th, 2023 virtually and in-person in Atlanta, Georgia.

Throughout the hybrid event, domestic workers will lead presentations on recognizing workplace violations, civic engagement, negotiations and resume development.

The Institute’s opening day is on Saturday, October 14th, 2023 and I'd love for supporters like you to join us virtually for the opening remarks [[link removed]] as we celebrate WeDiB’s SEVEN YEARS of domestic worker organizing.

"The Power Within to Transform Domestic Work" will give Black domestic workers across the diaspora space and tools to develop their leadership and build collective power in this fight for dignity and respect for the invaluable work they do as domestic workers.

This three-day weekend power-building convening will focus on the power that all domestic workers yield as agents of change and transformation, as they develop their organizing skills and support each other to lead.
