This issue is one of many that make races like mine so important. Winning a controlling majority in the Virginia House of Delegates wouldn’t just mean temporarily defending our rights against abortion bans—it would mean protecting them with legislative action.

When the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade, it put the ability to decide who gets abortion access directly in the hands of state legislatures.
