Health care providers need your help! Here’s how: send a comment to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar. HHS has issued a proposed rule to remove old Obama administration regulations that would force health care professionals and entities to perform and pay for abortions!
The Obama regulation said that “sex” includes “termination of pregnancy,” which means that if a doctor does not perform an abortion or a health insurer does not cover abortions, they could be sued for discrimination.
In 2009, a New York City nurse was forced to participate in a dismemberment abortion against her will. Without this rule change, many more nurses and doctors could be forced to act against their consciences and participate in the barbaric practice of abortion.
In order to help ensure that this bad regulation is replaced, HHS needs to hear from you today! By law, HHS is required to review your public comment so your voice will be heard, even if you comment anonymously. The activists on the Left are mobilizing comments, so your voice is greatly needed!
