Help us put pressure on the House.

Last week the House passed a resolution to extend government funding with no
spending cuts for 45 days, avoiding a government shutdown.


But now we risk wasting more time on passing the 12 single-subject spending
bills we need before the November 18th deadline all because of political games
in Washington.


That’s why a few of my fellow colleagues and I sent a letter to Acting
Speaker, Patrick McHenry, calling on him to keep the House in session this week
and through the weekend if necessary until we elect a new Speaker.


Adjourning until next week only increases the risk of not passing these
critical spending bills in time and allowing Biden’s reckless spending to
continue to destroy this country.


That’s why I’m urgently asking you to join my colleagues and me in DEMANDING
the House stay in session by adding your name to our petition below.


With your support, we can put pressure on the House to fulfill our promise to
Americans to address Biden’s disastrous economic agenda.


So please, add your name to my petition to join me and my colleagues in
DEMANDING the House stay in session until a new speaker is elected so we can
return to passing critical spending bills.
