What is Americares response to floods in Libya?

We are devastated to hear the heart-breaking reports continuing to emerge from Libya following the deadly floods in and around Derna. How is Americares funded and how can we trust that our donations are going to those impacted by disasters?

Generous donors make all our achievements possible. More than 98% of our resources support health programs. Americares has consistently earned a four-star rating—the highest possible—from Charity Navigator, along with a Candid/GuideStar platinum seal and we meet all the BBB Wise Giving Alliance standards for charity accountability.
