recently introduced a bill that would cut all federal funding to any
public school, college, or university that houses undocumented immigrants.

Ted even had the nerve to justify his new anti-immigrant bill by saying
"students have a right to feel safe" in schools — despite his complete
lack of support for any measure that could actually help to prevent school
