I want to take a moment to thank you for helping us make American Democracy Summit possible. 

It's hard to put into words what it felt like to be in a room with a thousand people who care so deeply about building a better Democracy. And, especially given the chaos in Congress this week, I think it's important to share with you that I walked away feeling, above all else, HOPEFUL.

We set out to build a more unified, coordinated American Democracy Movement. And together, we nailed it. Here are just a few highlights:

There are two things you can do today to help keep our movement strong:

1. Sign up to volunteer to help make this change on the ground happen.
2. Check out the livestreams from ADS. You’ll be inspired, too, I promise.
3. Donate to help us carry this energy into 2024 — a critical year for democracy with so much on the line.

I’m optimistic right now because of the strength and resilience of our movement — and the smart, passionate changemakers that power it.
