Last week, the House passed $3.3 billion in security assistance for Israel, without added cuts or conditions.
This vital funding will help ensure Israel can defend itself from rapidly growing threats on its borders.
Also included in the bill:
A50% increasein U.S.-Israel international development cooperation, bringing Israeli technology in sustainability, water resources, agriculture, and energy storage to developing countries.
$50 millionfor the Nita M. Lowey Middle EastPartnership for Peace fund, which encourages private sector investment in Israeli-Palestinian people-to-people programs.
And many other important pro-Israel provisions.
We look forward to final passage of funding for these and other mutually beneficial U.S.-Israel programs.
But Friend of Israel, we can't do this without you.
