Dear Friends,

Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi’s brutal murder inside Saudi Arabia’s consulate in Istanbul in October 2018 shocked the entire world. Five years later, none of those responsible for this crime has really been called to account and Saudi Arabia is back at the center of the international stage.

As well as reestablishing his political relations with the leaders of most democracies, including France, the United States and United Kingdom, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) has been able to count on a wide range of influencers and personalities from the worlds of sport and culture, who have been paid generously paid to improve his image.

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) condemns this shameless propaganda, against a backdrop of continuing impunity and all-out persecution of journalists.

Thanks to your support, we continue to explore all possible ways of finally obtaining justice for Jamal Khashoggi.
