In this newsletter: "Chaotic" — that's one of the words a Chatham University faculty member used to describe the private university's budgeting and accounting practices. As the Shadyside university grapples with a multimillion-dollar deficit, it has said little about such practices, but some faculty have spoken out on financial processes they describe as “god-awful” and “always an adventure.” 

Also, PublicSource's news partner, Spotlight PA, reported that Pennsylvania’s richest man has contributed a third of all donations to statewide judicial candidates with more than $2 million of it going toward Republicans.
