Senator Merkley is a climate and environmental champion. He strongly supported and worked to pass the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and Inflation Reduction Act, which made historic investments to help address the climate crisis and make progress on environmental justice. This year, he introduced the Pollinator Power Act to help reverse the decline in pollinator populations.
