Kansas City Star: KS Legislature gives platform to election misinformation

Extremist Republicans in Kansas gave the Big Lie and conspiracy theories a public platform last week -
at the expense of taxpayers.
The Kansas State Legislature spent thousands of dollars last week on a committee meeting that falsely promoted misinformation and false claims of election fraud.
The committee invited so-called witnesses that looked more like conspiracy theorists - including Clint Curtis, who has claimed for decades that he was hired to rig the 2000 election in Florida.
How reliable.
Missing from the committee’s witness list though? Election administrators.
