Republican leaders, supporters celebrate grand opening of Dolan For Ohio campaign headquarters in Central Ohio.

• Matt Dolan joined supporters and GOP leaders from Delaware, Licking, Franklin and Union counties to celebrate the grand opening of his Central Ohio campaign headquarters.
  
  
• The new headquarters, located on Chatham Lane in Columbus, will provide a place where volunteers and supporters can organize before door-knocking, phone-banking and interacting with voters.
  
  
• So far, the campaign has knocked on nearly 20,000 doors and has earned more than 200 endorsements statewide, ranging from mayors, commissioners, sheriffs and state legislators.

Matt Dolan slams Sherrod Brown for embracing prosecutor candidate who wants to defund
Ohio police.

• Matt Dolan slammed Sherrod Brown over remarks he made in 2020 praising an Ohio prosecutor candidate who advocated for defunding the police.
  
  
• The Washington Free Beacon broke the story that revealed Brown’s remarks that were supportive of slashing funding for local law enforcement, pulling cops from schools and ending cash bail. Brown has also said that police officers reinforce “institutionalized racism” in America.
  
  
• Matt Dolan denounced Brown for promoting shameful policies that will “place the safety and security of every Ohioan at risk.”

• Prior to speaking at the First Annual Muskingum County Republican Party Hog Roast, Matt Dolan sat down with WHIZ in Zanesville to discuss his record of securing conservative policy results.
  
  
• He emphasized the need for the country to curb inflation in order to lighten the cost burdens on hardworking Ohio families. As chair of the Ohio Senate Finance Committee, Dolan authored what has been widely called “the most conservative budget in Ohio history.”
  
  
• He also discussed his recent trip to the southern border, where the migrant crisis is causing massive – even fatal – harm to Americans, especially here in Ohio. “There is a problem and we’re feeling it here in Ohio,” he said. “Overdose deaths are up and it’s from fentanyl coming from the southern border.”
