Friend, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. 

This past weekend, my campaign had a critical end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. Because of the generosity of donors like you, we hit our goal. 

I was in Washington over the weekend, working hard to avert a government shutdown led by far-right extremists and bad-faith politicians. These are people who are more interested in media attention than helping their constituents at home and supporting democratic allies abroad.

Coloradans don't shut their communities down because of a disagreement, and Congress shouldn't be allowed to do so either. I fought hard to make sure we kept the government open and provided money for our schools, farm programs, and the military.

I also stood my ground when it came to supporting our allies in Ukraine. House Republicans wrote a bill that left out funding for the people of Ukraine. That's unacceptable. What's happening in Ukraine isn’t just a fight for their country, it’s also a fight for democracy around the world.

So, thank you. I'm grateful for your support as we work to elect people who will fight for Colorado, our country, and our allies around the globe. 

Together, we can create a better future.
